I want to thank everyone who commented and showed me such great support on this post.  Its really heartwarming to know so many people care!

Weight RELEASE (thank you Cassandra for the gentle reminder about that) has been a hard effort for me in the past.  I feel so blessed to be able to look to people who care for a little push.

Today I read on someones blog about their journy of weight release.  It was like she took the words from my own head.

Goddess In Progress – “However long it took, a switch flipped.”

A switch flipped in me as well.  It was a turning point and I’m so thankful it happened.

So, how have I been doing this past week?  I’ve been doing GREAT!  I had three days where I did not walk on the treadmill however I was fiercely cleaning and moving and vacuuming and running up and down the two flights of stairs in our home for those three days.  The man finally bought us a new bed.  I took those three days to prepare and plan and pack up and work out a new design for bedroom.

Other then that, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and today I have done 30 minutes with various inclines and speeds through out the session.  I love that my machine has a weight loss button that I just push and start walking.

BTW I will be putting a new label on the machine to read WEIGHT RELEASE!

Carroll has commented that he can already start to see a slight difference with my curves.  I love my man.

I have been inspired by Goddess In Progress to do a before photo.  Will I share it with you?  I’m not sure yet.  I think I will be more comfortable waiting until some real visual results are able to be seen.

Until then, know that I am walking!  And it makes me feel GOOD!  I think YOU should start a walking routine as well!  You deserve to feel good too!
