I am grateful that I have met so many wonderful women on Etsy.

I’m grateful that my mom is willing to look over my work and give me some pointers.

Aja (prounounced Asai)  Elaine is a very sweet seller.  I recently purchased little thank you notes with buttons.  They looked so adorable how could i not purchase them.  My love of buttons demanded it!!!  She was very nice and even offered do make more cards with different colored buttons.  Which means she will do custome work!!!

I recently made a purchase from Etsy. I can not say what item I purchased just yet as it is a gift. I made the purchase on 5.24.07 and received it on 5.26.07. Very quick!!! It smells GREAT!!!!

Last weekend we visited grandma. She gave us a bunch of her lilac bush sprouts. They will get to be over 7 feet tall. This makes me happy. Especially since the lilac bushes we already have only get to 3 feet. We put the ones that will get over 7 feet in the back yard just under our back living room windows. We created alittle flower bed back there. It gives interest to the back of the house now.
She also gave us 2 peony’s. I’m pretty sure they will be the white ones. We put those in the front yard.
We also bought some creeping phlox. We love that stuff.
Carroll told me that he listed to the gardening station the other day. I guess we need to majorly trim our Weeping Cherry Blossom tree. Its very full and it shouldn’t be. So I will get out there soon and do that.
I’m having to mow once a week these days. Our grass is growing so fast. But we have very little brown spots and the weeds are becoming fewer and farther between.
Our flower baskets under the front windows are doing very well. They weren’t doing so well a few weeks ago. But i’ve been watering them every other day. Its been very very hot this past week so tonight another watering.
