I love the idea of calling it a &quot;weight release.&quot; It&#039;s also a way of life, a thing you do for yourself that has to become part of everyone&#039;s routine. Everyone needs to exercise. Period. Our bodies were designed to move and it loves it. Our muscles love when we work them out. Enjoy your journey and have fun breaking in your new treadmill!</description>
